Pure ammonium sulfate is a white crystal, and it begins to decompose into ammonia and ammonium bisulfate when it is heated to 100°C. ethanol and acetone. As granular fertilizer ammonium sulphate factory, we usually purchase ammonium sulfate crystals from large state-owned enterprises, and then undergo extrusion granulation to become ammonium sulfate granules.
Ammonium sulfate is a physiologically acidic quick-acting nitrogen fertilizer, which is generally suitable for wheat, corn, rice, cotton, sweet potato, hemp, fruit trees, vegetables and other crops. For soil, ammonium sulfate is most suitable for neutral and alkaline soils, but not for acidic soils. It is also used as analytical reagent (precipitant, masking agent), supporting electrolyte in electrochemical analysis, microbial culture medium and ammonium salt preparation.
Ammonium sulfate crystal is the most important raw material for the production of ammonium sulfate granules, and the ammonium sulphate factory mainly produces ammonium sulfate extruded granules.
Application method of ammonium sulfate fertilizer
(1) As base fertilizer. When ammonium sulfate is used as the base fertilizer, the soil should be deeply applied to facilitate the absorption of the crops. It can be provided by ammonium sulphate factory.
(2) as top dressing. This is the most suitable method of application. Determine the amount of ammonium sulfate topdressing according to different soil types. For soil with poor water and fertilizer retention performance, it should be topdressed in stages, and the dosage should not be too much each time; for soil with good water and fertilizer retention performance, the dosage can be appropriately more each time. The amount of soil moisture also has a great impact on fertilizer efficiency, especially in dry land, when applying ammonium sulfate, it is necessary to pay attention to watering in time. As for topdressing in paddy fields, it should be drained and dried first, and it should be applied in combination with plowing and harrowing at the same time. In addition, there are obvious differences in the application of ammonium sulfate in different crops. For fruit trees, it can be applied in furrows, rings or holes.
(3) More suitable as seed fertilizer. Because ammonium sulfate has no adverse effects on seed germination.
